Discovery call and brief
We start with a conversation about your practice, the projects you want to show, and the audience you need to reach. I take notes on your references, your working habits, and the constraints that shape your calendar.
Direction and moodboards
Within two weeks I prepare a visual direction: typography pairings, color ranges, layout references, and sample pages. You react to concrete options rather than abstract ideas, and we narrow the direction together.
Design and content assembly
I build the main pages, place your selected projects, and draft the case study structure. You supply final texts and image selections during this phase, so the design stays grounded in real material.
Review rounds and refinements
Two structured review rounds are included. Each round focuses on specific aspects: first the overall flow and hierarchy, then the details of spacing, typography, and responsive behavior. Additional rounds are billed separately.
Handoff and documentation
You receive the final files, a short style guide, and a checklist for updating the portfolio on your own. I also record a walkthrough video that explains how to add new projects without breaking the layout.
Post-launch support
For thirty days after launch I remain available for small fixes: broken links, image cropping issues, or text adjustments. Larger changes fall outside this window and are quoted separately.
Each project runs on a clear timeline with fixed review points, so you always know what happens next and what is expected from you.
